• The terms are clearly posted, please read them and plan to adhere to them.
• Out of State Buyers: Cash or Wire Transfer for same-day pickup. Mail a check, let it clear, then collect your items is fine.  
• Bring proper chains, straps, sticker boards, flags etc. for load out.
• If the item you buy has to be disassembled for transport, plan on bringing tools. 
• This is a soft close auction. any bidding in the last 30 seconds extends the lot or group by 40 seconds. 
• New Bidders use the Max Bid feature & let the computer bid for you. When lots start to close it can go quickly.
